​​Ryan Breeden has been The Way's minister since the start of 2019.

​Ryan graduated from Oklahoma Christian University in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and a Minor in Bible. He earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona School of Law in 1998 and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1999. Ryan spent nearly twenty years as a full-time attorney, serving as a prosecutor and later working in private practice.

Ryan felt increasingly called toward ministry even while he was still working as an attorney. He served as youth minister for the Ina Road Church of Christ in Tucson from 2000 through 2004. In 2012 he began preaching part-time for the Desert Sands Church of Christ in Gilbert, where he served through the end of 2018.
